Archer Farms Chocolate Chip Crispy Cookie Chips

A while back when I had seen the Hannahmax Crunchy Cookie Chips seen hereposted all over outlets like Instagram, etc., I initially couldn’t get my hands on them. But I was able to get my hands on the Archer Farms Chocolate Chip Crispy Cookie Chips which are available at Target.
I had these tucked away in my cabinet and finally pulled them out because I was on the hunt for something sweet. These are what an ideal cookie chip should be. They taste like your average chocolate chip cookie chip – not overly sweet, but just perfect. They’re your classic chocolate chip cookie just thinner, flatter and crunchy. There are chocolate chips spread out evenly in ever cookie and they’re really delicious. The one downside is I had a bad case of the “dropies” and kept dropping the bag of cookies on the floor and ended up with a bunch of cookies that were crumbled into not much of anything. But my loose gripping hands aside I (and the boyfriend) give these 2 thumbs up.
A serving, 3 cookies, is 120 calories or 3 points plus values.
QUESTION:
Have you tried the Archer Farms Cookie Chips?

Holy Moly CANNOLI cones!

I have seen these cannoli cones for YEARS since Hungry Girl originally came out with the recipe.  I even printed the recipe at one point and gave it to a co-worker of mine since she loved cannoli’s but told herself she could no longer have them because she was eating healthy.  I always had my eyes set on making these; I have about 4 print-outs of this recipe in different recipe folders but just never got around to making them … until now.  And I have to say, I don’t know why I waited so long because these are certifiably AMAZING!
I followed the recipe exactly as it reads on the website.  I had all the ingredients needed to make this except for the fat free ricotta, the cool whip and the sugar cones.  But after a quick trip to the grocery store that was quickly solved.  And for 3 points plus values for a decadent dessert – you can’t go wrong!
I do want to thank my friend, Raekel for giving me the inspiration to make these since she made them and shared the photo on Instagram!
